Defying the end of summer, we will experience the most beautiful Sicily and its vastness of art, culture and nature, that will remain imprint in our memories forever. This island hardly needs an introduction, its people and heritage being the marvellous result of millennia of different civilisations who’ve been through it, and who have left artistic and cultural testimonies of enormous value. We will do a 360 degree loop around the island, riding from seaside towns seemingly emerging from the rocks, to beautifully restored old farmhouses up in the mountains, while passing old ruins, perfectly preserved temples, salt flats, national parks and of course mount Etna too, the highest live volcano in Europe. At night we will stay in traditional Masseria hotels, often sporting pools and always serving the most delicious local food and wine.
